What you'll be doing:
Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives
Respond to service requests
Negotiate customer contract renewals
Build strong relationships with your customers and team
Work closely with all other leadership and management team members to provide the best customer service and product programs
Provide route coverage when a Route Service Representative is sick or on vacation which provides you the perfect opportunity to check-in on your Rep's performance and their customers' level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications

Someone who will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives that need your help and support as they develop in their own roles

High school diploma or GED, some college is a plus
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence
Reliable transportation

Completes Interstate Compact, adoptive placement and finalization paperwork, writes reports, maintains accurate and organized statistical data on caseload. Responsible for out of county and state travel and placements, with after hours and weekend appointments possible. Conducts expedited adoptive home studies for foster parents interested in adopting foster children already in their home. Assesses adoptive applicants in their ability to parent children through all stages of development and with a variety of special needs. Assists families in the process of Adoption Assistance negotiations. Provides follow-up counseling, education and support and referrals to adoptive parents and children until finalization of adoption. Arranges for supportive services that adoptive families might require and collaborates with community resources and/or other agencies supervising the placement of a child in the custody of Hamilton County.

What you will do
Perform functions and duties as a supervisor to include but not limited to the interview and selection of applicants for open positions; management of staff work schedules and assignments; payroll review and updates; performance appraisals; and provide guidance, coaching, counseling and discipline for department staff.
Understand, document and perform all tasks performed by staff within area of responsibility. Works along-side staff when needed.

Responsibilities

Experience using UKG Pro (formerly known as UltiPro) or Ceridian Dayforce systems

Compensation Range
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, function, level, and geographic location. These ranges are benchmarked against similar companies. To ensure compliance with local legislation and greater transparency for candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by many factors and may vary from the amounts listed above. Range: $60,000-$90,000
