It's a good cause.
The management is extremely incompetent, ignorant, and overall racist. Favoritism is a common thing and being incompetent is awarded. Company is plummeting due to the poor leadership in place. People are being paid over 6 digits a year to run the company literally into the ground.

Absolutely, NOTHING. CEO is a self centered egotistic individual that will toss you to the side as soon as she's done using you. Leadership is truly incompetent and most of them lack any real business knowledge. The company is ran by providers, not people who have a business degree or any business sense, therapists and social workers are what make up most of the company.
People individuals who have the mission and children at the core of it all, and who know how to run a business.
