Kimberly Chavalas Cripe has served as the President and CEO of Children's Hospital of Orange County since 1997. In her role, Kimberly leads one of the top pediatric healthcare systems in the nation. Prior to joining CHOC, she was with Humana Inc. (now HCA and Humana)where she held a series of progressively responsible hospital, regional and corporate positions.

Kimberly serves as the chair of the national Children’s Hospital Association, and is active on a variety of other children’s advocacy organizations.

William Feaster is a Vice President, Chief Health Information Officer at CHOC Children’s and Scientist at University of Rochester, Goergen Institute for Data Science and is based in Orange, California. He studied at UC San Diego between 1968 and 1972, Saint Mary's College of California between 1991 and 1993, and University of Rochester - School of Medicine and Dentistry between 1972 and 1976.

Andrew Shulman is a Division Chief, Pediatric Rheumatology at CHOC Children’s and is based in Beach, California. He has worked as Resident in Pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital, Fellow in Pediatric Rheumatology at Boston Children's Hospital, and Fellow in Pediatric Rheumatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Andrew studied at Harvard University between 1995 and 1999 and UT Southwestern Medical Center between 1999 and 2006.

Anthony Lakin, CISSP, GSEC, CPBPM is a Chief Information Security Officer at CHOC Children’s and Senior Advisor at The Next Peak and is based in Orange, California. He has worked as Director at ARCHIMEDES GLOBAL INC; Director of Operations at United States Air Force; and Executive Director, Chief Information Security Officer at Maricopa Integrated Health. Anthony attended University of Maryland Global Campus between 2006 and 2008, GCC between 1995 and 1997, and Air Command and Staff College between 1993 and 1995.

Over twenty five years of combined leadership experience, ranging from network and pc administration to computer graphics and database driven web application design. Experienced in multi platform systems administration, client server environments, web based applications as well as network implementation and administration. Recognized multiple times at current and previous jobs for going beyond the call of duty in customer service and department support. Currently responsible for directing a team of twenty five programmer analysts with a wide array of skillsets. I currently oversee five groups within our organization and report directly to the CIO. These groups include Desktop Support, Citrix, Research Computing, Perioperative Support, Special Projects and Telemedicine.

Qualitative skills embrace the ability to work in a fast paced environment by multi tasking and developing good working relationships with fellow employees and customers.
