1990 Childress Klein rebuilds its Charlotte warehouse and distribution portfolio, adding Brookwood Business Park and NorthPark Business Park, encompassing approximately 6 million SF of Class A industrial space.
1993 The 422-room Hilton Hotel is added to the One Wells Fargo Center complex.
