Onsite 100%/$125 per diem per day - 7 days per week
• Responsible for overseeing all field activities related to the project.
• Manage Subcontractors on site
• Coordinate work between subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite crews
• Coordinate with client's hired trades onsite to drive construction
• Enforce project safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe job site. This includes completing daily JSAs - no exceptions. No work shall ever be performed without a JSA completed.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work meets contract documents, plans, and specifications
• Maintain project schedule by managing and adjusting workflows as necessary.
• Hold regular meetings with subcontractors and project team to discuss progress, issues, and scheduling
• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ensure proper site documentation including daily logs, field reports, and safety records.
• Identify and report any site issues, potential delays, or risks to project management.
• Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment use, and site access.
• Lead and enforce company quality control programs to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Provide documentation as needed to project management and HSE team
• Support project closeout, including punch list management and final inspections.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years' construction experience, with at least 2 years as a Site Superintendent working with Industrial facilities and clients.
• Must be willing to travel wherever the project requires. Upon hire, this position will mobilize to site soon thereafter and remain there until the project is completed.
• Experience on data center construction sites is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations

Position Overview:
Childress Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor manages a team of operators, and coordinates production, maintenance, shipping and other activity as determined by plant. As the floor supervisor, he/she follows up on operator concerns and execution of the production plan. Responsibilities include coordination with the maintenance technician(s) for prioritizing and executing repairs, review of daily operating priorities with operators, providing performance feedback to operators, and monitoring the process daily for proper operation. These responsibilities include all safety and environmental issues, process reliability and run time, product quality, process/equipment troubleshooting, training and ensuring the Plant Manager is aware of key information.
How you will impact Ingevity:
Supervise the production operators by ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs, communicate in accordance with Ingevity standards to all necessary personnel, and are held accountable for their performance.
Direct the Lead Operators for each production area and collaborate with them to execute the production schedule.
Coordinate with the Plant Manager to set production plans for at least a week out and ensure the production team is following this plan.
If the production plan has not been met, the Production Supervisor must ensure the deviation is investigated and a new production plan is set.
Coordinate with Safety Manager, Production Engineer HRBP, Production Planner and others in Greenville, in conjunction with the Plant Manager, to leverage their help executing safe production at the plant.
Work with Greenville staff to develop training packages and conduct operator training on existing, new, and modified plant equipment and processes.
If an issue arises in the plant, the Production Supervisor must lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Act as backup to Plant Manager as needed.
Assist with winter outage planning and executing as needed.
Issue safe work permits and ensure that all floor operations are conducted according to Ingevity safety policies, including use of PPE.
What you need to succeed:
Prefer a minimum of 5 years related industrial or supervisory experience, or otherwise exhibited supervisory/leadership skills.
The ability to work safely themselves and to ensure the production team works safely at all times. This requires the fortitude to address unsafe conditions and behaviors immediately and ensure the team works in a similar manner. Implement the concepts of the Zero Harm process.
An understanding of SAP, plant processes, and production flow is required.
The ability to discern between and manage changing production priorities, at times under pressure to meet the customers' needs.

Responsibilities of the position include assisting the DFPS caseworker with monitoring children and ensuring needs are met during their office or community location stay to include: safety, food, hygiene, education and entertainment/recreational activities. This could require working outside of the normal work schedule. If so, overtime compensation may be earned.

The nursing instructor prepares, teaches, and evaluates the assigned courses and participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Licensed Vocational Nursing Program. Qualifications:
Must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing
Have a minimum of three years' experience
Hold a current license or privilege to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Texas
Show evidence of teaching abilities and maintaining current knowledge, clinical expertise, and safety in subject area of teaching responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of standards/policies for admission, progression, academic guidance and counseling, probation, and dismissal of students [Board of Nursing (2011) Rules and Regulations §215.7(i)(4)].
Teaches assigned number of classes using the prescribed courses of study with established texts and/or prescribed instructional materials.
Prepare records related to student achievement, progress, and attendance, and keep the Allied Health Program Director informed of absences in the course.
Evaluate student progress in achieving course objectives.
Seek opportunities to maintain and improve professional competence.
Performs other assignments as designated by the Allied Health Program Director.
Must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and have a minimum of three years' experience.
Must hold a current license or privilege to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Texas and show evidence of teaching abilities and maintaining current knowledge in the subject area of teaching responsibilities.
