The pros of working at childtime is being able to work with children and some staff is nice.
The cons....some employees are absolutely mean to the children and management turns their head or covers for them
Never met CEO and at my location I really like the team lead.
I didnt,Childtime bought the daycare I worked at so I was traded
Honestly ive been there longer than anyone and some people come in making close to what I do after being there over 15 yrs

I am really oriented with the kids, enjoying helping them in any form academically and a good listener

The coworkers and children we were like a family. I got along well with management. Parent were nice. Fun job.
The pay was not enough and the benefits were ok.
