Maintenance and repairs of systems includes, but is not limited to; boilers, water testing, heat exchangers, RO & soft water systems, chilled water systems, hot water heaters, pumps, valves, single and three phase motors, air compressors, bearings, seals, filters, and all associated equipment. Position requires individual to be available to work different shifts as needed to maintain site utility requirements.
