Job Description: Under the general direction of the Division Manager of Residential Services, with specific supervision from the House Manager, is responsible for the provision of support, personal assistance, training, and quality care to people with intellectual disabilities residing in a community group home.

Job Duties:
* Assist persons served in reaching their goals of becoming more independent
* Act as a positive role model for persons served
* Provide guidance, instruction, coaching, and support, in accordance with individual plans
* Engage individuals in beneficial programs and activities
* Transport and accompany individuals into the community for appointments and outings
* Directly assist with personal care as needed
* Assist with meal preparation and routine homemaking duties
* Assume responsibility for the safety of the person served including medical/medication needs

Job Description
The department:
Invesco is looking to add a New York-based Associate or Analyst to its Middle-Market Direct Lending Group for an immediate start. The Middle-Market Direct Lending Group currently operates as an independent team of eleven experienced investors within Invesco's $49 billion Private Credit platform. The Group primarily focuses on directly originated, private debt investments private-equity backed middle market companies in the form of senior secured cash flow-based loans and may also invest, to a lesser extent, in second lien loans, junior capital investments and equity co-investments. The new hire will join at a time of significant growth for the Group and individual opportunity for strong upward mobility as the Group recently launched multiple funding vehicles.
Your role:
The candidate will support senior Direct Lending deal team members in the assessment of new direct lending financing opportunities and in actively managing new and existing portfolio accounts. The candidate will play a pivotal role on the deal team through the preparation of credit proposals including company and industry analysis, capital structure analysis, cash flow projections and modeling, evaluation of management and sponsor quality, identification of key risks and evaluation of mitigating factors.
You will be responsible for:
Involvement in all aspects of evaluating, implementing, closing and monitoring private debt investments sourced by senior origination professionals.
Assist in reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations on new financing opportunities incorporating data from Confidential Information Memorandas, Management Presentations and other presentation and diligence items.
Build highly customized cash flow models to understand historical and projected cash flows and service indebtedness under a variety of different scenarios.
Support the due diligence process, including (but not limited to) preparing due diligence lists, synthesizing data room materials, reviewing third-party consultant reports, understanding macro-level and/or industry trends, performing valuation analysis, participating in due diligence discussions with management and/or private equity firms and other analysis that may be important to making a highly informed investment decision
Support the preparation of the Investment Committee materials, which will include an analysis of key due diligence findings, a supportable investment thesis, a discussion of investment risks and other information to support the investment recommendation.
Perform ongoing monitoring and review of existing transactions including historical financial inspection, cash flow modeling, industry analysis and assessments, and maintaining and strengthening borrower and sponsor relationships.
Help prepare presentations for meetings with clients
Assist in workstreams associated with capital raising activities, which may include preparing marketing presentations, assisting with due diligence process and other activities related to legal documentation, internal approvals and compliance.
The experience you bring:
Bachelor's Degree required, other designations (CFA or CPA candidates) helpful
1-3 years of work experience in a credit or private equity related role. Strong preference for direct lending, private credit, leveraged finance in bank or equity investment experience in middle market companies.
Aptitude for detail and a strong dedication to accuracy.
Ability to distill key information from a wide data set.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling skills.

The team supports day to day operations of loans pertaining to unique or niche industries that require special handling and industry knowledge. The primary function is loan closing and funding within the various lines of business that comprise FIG, Energy, Healthcare RE or Trade Closing. The role includes analytical components (i.e. interpreting credit agreements) related to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as well as ongoing/ad-hoc reconciliation and remediation, and driving the closing process for commercial loan products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions.
The Associate will be the primary contact and decision maker for all aspects of the deal closing process. The ability to learn quickly and to adapt to change are important skills to the role, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and product knowledge. Additionally, important is the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and issues in a concise way; as well work collaboratively among stakeholders to help facilitate ongoing change management - all while living our core values.
**Some of the primary functions of the role include:**
+ Review complex loan documents, drive deal closing calls that include internal and external deal team members and counsel.
+ Ensure legal documentation accurately reflects the intentions of the credit approval.
+ Facilitate teamwork and continuity.

The team supports day to day operations of loans pertaining to unique or niche industries that require special handling and industry knowledge. The primary function is loan closing and funding within the various lines of business that comprise FIG, Energy, Healthcare RE or Trade Closing. The role includes analytical components (i.e. interpreting credit agreements) related to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as well as ongoing/ad-hoc reconciliation and remediation, and driving the closing process for commercial loan products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions.
The Associate will be the primary contact and decision maker for all aspects of the deal closing process. The ability to learn quickly and to adapt to change are important skills to the role, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and product knowledge. Additionally, important is the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and issues in a concise way; as well work collaboratively among stakeholders to help facilitate ongoing change management - all while living our core values.
Some of the primary functions of the role include:
* Review complex loan documents, drive deal closing calls that include internal and external deal team members and counsel.
* Ensure legal documentation accurately reflects the intentions of the credit approval.
* Facilitate teamwork and continuity.
* Solid knowledge required for the role and pursues gaining new knowledge when required.
* Positively accept change and engage productively with the team and relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure transactions are closed in compliance with the Bank's loan policy and any other requirements designated by the credit approval.
* Works with the Relationship Manager/Underwriter to understand the transaction and make sure that all relevant documentation is obtained for a timely closing.
* Liaise and coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients (Underwriter, Relationship Manager, Borrowers, Agent Banks).
* Demonstrate ability to balance required regulatory and policy requirements when making decisions.

* Ensure Know Your Customer "KYC" requirements have been met prior to closing a transaction.
* Resolve issues that might impede closing and use judgment to involve the manager and internal counsel when required.
* Complete post-closing steps to ensure that all necessary documentation is received by downstream partners.
* Monitor and clear loan exceptions; respond to audit requests
* Book and fund new loans and related activities in the loan accounting system.
* Perform process quality reviews of work such as cash break analysis and comprehensive testing of system enhancements.
* Develop, design, and follow inter-departmental controls and risk reducing processes.
* Prepare and submit periodic departmental, team, and metric reports.

The DirectSupportProfessional (DSP) ensures the health and safety of our residents. DSPs are responsible for providing support as identified in the Individual Support Plan, and for collecting data and documenting the provision of those supports. We are looking for driven, dependable, and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in people's lives. You will assist adults with developmental disabilities with daily life activities in both routine and dynamic environments. Cornerstone Support Services is a Non-Profit, 501(c)3 Provider of Support Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities, licensed by Virginia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Examples of DirectSupportProfessional responsibilities
Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skill building activities
Implement individual support plans for residents
Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship
Update resident case notes on a daily basis
Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Your position/function has been designated Essential, which means that, in the event of an emergency (including inclement weather conditions), your position has been determined to be critical to the support of our business operations. If you are directed to report to work just before, during or after inclement weather or any other form of emergency, you are obligated to comply if you are scheduled to work on your agreed upon or designated shift.
Essential Personnel provide services that relate directly to the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals and company during times of emergencies. This is a condition of employment.
Creates a safe and healthy environment, and giving those supported the opportunity to reach personal goals.
Respects the personal choices of individuals supported.
Provides skill-building opportunities related to personal care activities such as: toileting, bathing, and grooming, dressing, eating, mobility, communication, household chores, food preparation, money management, shopping, etc.
Provides skill building opportunities related to the use of community resources such as: transportation, shopping, restaurants, social and recreational activities.
Provides supports in identifying and acquiring valued social roles in integrated community settings, including, but not limited to, opportunities for memberships in local groups, clubs and organizations.
Supports individuals in developing the ability to replace challenging behavior with positive, accepted behavior for home and community environments.
Monitors health and physical condition and providing supports with medication and other medical needs.
Provides support with personal care, activities of daily living (ADL's), and use of community resources.
Provides support with transportation to and from work, training sites and community resources.
Provides safety supports to ensure the individual's health and safety.
Ensures collection and documentation of required data. Writes in logs, etc. noting progress/events.
Gives medications, monitors dosages and makes notes in medical charts in accordance with the medical certification training and as may be directed by authorized clinical staff.
Ensures shift change responsibilities are documented and that on-site coverage of assigned place of duty is maintained until properly relieved.
Attends mandatory team meetings.
Confers regularly with supervisors.,
Employee ensures safety by applying proper safety techniques according to training.
Reports accidents, hazards and needed repairs.
Seeks understanding and follows company policy with regard to safety, fire drills, location and use of exits and fire extinguishers.
Ensures confidentiality regarding sensitive issues and material.
Protects and respects client rights and need for dignified supports.
Reports all incidents of abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately.
Notifies supervisors immediately when unable to complete program tasks as outlined and/or when behavior or activities produce unexpected and usual results or consequences.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Shall maintain state and company training requirements to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a High School Degree or GED.
Physical Demands
Working conditions are regularly in a home type setting.
Work may require frequent weekend and evening work.
Work requires staying on shift until relief arrives, or in the event of inclement weather or emergency situations.

As a DirectSupportProfessional, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. This vital program offers one-on-one or small group services designed to cultivate independent living skills both at home and within the community.
LAUNCH is different than other agencies! As a LAUNCH DSP, you will be scheduled for, and will be paid for, the number of hours you are hired for. We will help find additional clients for you to support if your client cancels. Other agencies don't provide that support to their staff! All work is in the community, working on skill building, no personal care or dispensing of medicine is required. Flexible hours to work around your schedule.

Schedule Details: Part-Time Shifts
Saturday - Sunday 4 pm -12 am
Saturday - Sunday 8 am -4 pm
Wednesday - Friday 12 am -8 am

Program: Residential Habilitative Program
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Duties:
Assist persons served in reaching their goals of becoming more independent
Act as a positive role model for persons served
Provide guidance, instruction, coaching, and support, in accordance with individual plans
Engage individuals in beneficial programs and activities
Transport and accompany individuals into the community for appointments and outings
Directly assist with personal care as needed
Assist with meal preparation and routine homemaking duties
Assume responsibility for the safety of the person served including medical/medication needs
Apply approved behavior plans and intervention strategies as/if needed
Complete records and reports; collect data according to Agency policy
