BOARD MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Board members provide oversight and guidance to ensure CCHD continues delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities include:
Attend Monthly Board Meetings - Meetings occur on the first Tuesday of every month (12 per year).
Committee Participation - Board members may be asked to serve on committees that explore specific areas affecting CCHD operations.
Meeting Preparation - Review board meeting reports before each session, including financial updates, project status, and department reports.
Strategic Planning - Engage in long-term planning to guide the direction of healthcare services within the district.
Collaboration - Foster strong working relationships with fellow board members and district leadership.
Other Duties - Participate in additional responsibilities as they arise to support the health district's mission.
DISTRICT RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
All board members must reside within the Clatsop Care Health District boundaries. The district covers all of Clatsop County except for the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, and Cannon Beach, which are part of the Seaside Health District. Summary:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is achieved for plant operations. Responsible for monitoring the operations of all machinery and equipment within the facility, to include refrigeration operations, boilers, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and direct maintenance staff.
Administer Process Safety Management and Risk Management plan.
Administer and direct maintenance department Safety plans and procedures.
Formulate and implement preventative maintenance schedule for facility machinery and equipment.
Oversee refrigeration plant operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Oversee production plant equipment maintenance and repair.
Budget for maintenance operations.
Interact with regulatory agencies as necessary EPA, OSHA, DEQ, City, and State inspectors.
Develop and implement a training program for subordinate maintenance staff.
Develop working relationship with outside vendors.
Develop alternating schedule for weekend or after hours emergency response.
Oversee new installation projects.
Develop open communication with machine operators, department supervisors and managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of five years' experience operating and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems utilizing Ammonia and Freon refrigerants.
Experience managing and directing a team of technicians in preventative maintenance, repair, operations, and safety.
Valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred
EPA Universal Certification.
Industrial Refrigeration Certification. Forklift Certification.
Background in electrical (single phase & 3 phase), refrigeration, welding and fabrication
Experience operating and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and facility electrical systems
Experience using common welding processes and fabrication with an emphasis in stainless and aluminum.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000

Brief Job Description:
* Work with new students for testing, assessment and development of assistance and retention plans during the 45 day probation period; provide an assessment and assistance/intervention plan for any student who tests positive for drugs or receives an alcohol incident.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Unrestricted Oregon license/certification as an independent drug and alcohol counselor. Must have at least 15 college credits in addictions education to include basic counseling skills, group counseling skills, A&D pharmacology, HIV/AIDS risk assessment reduction, counseling ethics, and clinical evaluation.
