**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As the Learning and Development Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to be responsible for day-to-day administration of the learning management system, including publishing courses, managing users and permissions, troubleshooting learner issues, running reports, maintaining data quality, and improve processes and the learner experience. You will also be responsible for providing operational support to the broader Talent Management and Learning Team with opportunity to grow skills in program support and facilitation.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings to support organizational training needs.
+ Provide administrative support for Leadership Development programs and additional trainings, including new hire orientation.
+ Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System including managing content, tracking learner progress, generating reports and resolving user issues.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand knowledge and performance gaps and devise custom training solutions to support business needs.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources or another related field is preferred but not required.
+ 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or related field.
+ Hands on experience managing a Learning Management System, or similar system.
+ Experience with Workday a plus.
+ Interest in developing in a facilitator role
+ Foundational understanding of adult learning theory.
+ Experience in Instructional Design and Content Creation preferred.
+ Experience with design tools such as Articulate 360 and video editing software (i.e., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) preferred.

**PAY TRANSPARENCY**
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $59,000.00-$80,000.00. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and user-centric Salesforce solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Develops large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. What you will be doing:
• Executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing programs.
• Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocol and recommends solutions.
• Maintains security systems and administers security policies to control access to systems.
• Maintains company firewall and utilizes applicable encryption methods.
• Creates information security documentation related to work area and completes requests in accordance with company requirements.
• Responds to information security-related questions and inquiries using established information security tools and procedures.
• Resolves and/or performs follow through to resolve all information security issues and questions.
• Implements and administers information security controls using software and vendor security systems.
• Identifies opportunities and executes plans to improve workflow and understands and quantifies business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.
• Interfaces with user community to understand security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them. Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.
• Provides status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures.

Purpose of Classification
Performs technical work in installing, upgrading the network, financial, and desktop applications within the County Clerks' office. Positions in this class perform routine technology maintenance checks, configuration that works alongside the duties of the County Clerk's Office, along with programming and identify needed corrective actions to resolve discrepancies; answer information technology questions; and maintain systems documents and records
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assists, trains and troubleshoots issues within area of specialization; introduces technology that will assist in creating more efficiency for County Clerks' department and its employees.
Define business process with your assigned application or system to include writing & supporting required business documentation such as application-based procedures specific to your business.
Resolves computer issues and errors that people tend to have regarding functionality and capability; tests upcoming patches to the system to check for new issues or errors that will create minor or major problems with the current flow of everyone's duties before updating.
Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications, setup & maintain your respective area of the system or application
Provides assistance and information to employees, managers, vendors, citizens, local businesses, and/or and other interested parties regarding assigned technology functions.
