What I like about working here is it's a very fast paced environment. But not so fast where you feel under pressure. There is always something to do to keep you busy even if it's a slow day. Interacting with the customers is always an amazing time because it makes them feel really welcomed at the restaurant making them want to come again.
What I'm particularly not fond of is the lack of tidiness once it gets very busy. But it's not so bad as we do clean up after ourselves as well as our guests once everything calms down.
We have a chipotle perks website for employees where we get discounts for entertainment, clothing, hotels, and even insurance. We also get discounts/free food.
Takes no critical thinking skills
They hire mostly the nieve and extremely desperate which makes very poor management. Very disorganized incompetent management. It is a cult mentality no joke. If you are desperate this is where its at but if you arent a felon.you can do better. They expect you to run the entire resteraunt as a crew member. From prep to grilling to cleaning the bathroom and trash outside.all in thr same shift.
The guac. Ima miss the guac but hey I can make it at home now and I dont need to cover it in salt
Free food, fun coworkers sometimes (depends on location and management)
Overworked, sometimes (lot of times) not given breaks, long lines of customers, very demanding customers with lots of different extra requests, not getting off when you're supposed to, especially when coworkers call out.
Free food, low cost vision insurance, free 98point6 subscription
Fast paced, relatively easy, team work based job. Ability to learn all positions and always room for advancement.
High turnover, employees that do not care at all and the viscous cycle that it creates when it comes to training and general duties. Also no work-life balance as I worked 65-80 hours a week.
401K with matching, free food.
Great benefits and good corporate culture. I love the camaraderie of a restaurant and the dual role of being both hands on and administrative in my current role.
Behavioral issues with the staff that are fairly indicative of the restaurant industry. Tumultuous leadership decisions within my patch.
Great vision, health and dental plans.
Just awesome loved the experience, treated me very well, hope for the best in the company.
I mean nothing was really bad besides the bathrooms, those could use a little help in there
I made millions, and billions I dropped out of school for this job
Able to move up quickly, not hard to work here, lots of people to talk to

The job is easy with the tools they provide for us.
We are never fully staffed, other stores do not want to help us out and the company worries more about labor than the actual crew and managers.

The really rude and ignorant customers we get on a daily basis. And having to deal with the disrespect everyday while getting paid $12 an hour just doesn’t seem quite right for me.
Quality ingredients and healthy eating
Always busy, management was not friendly
Free meal for lunch (better discount than many other stores)
The people who work here are a lot of fun and good at their jobs.
The lack of demonstrated mobility to the lower staff makes them less willing to stay for the long run
The health benefits you get as well as the free meal for each shift is fantastic.
The coworkers are amazing.
The ridiculous amount of disrespect customers give us on a daily basis.
Free food.
Great benefits and good corporate culture. I love the camaraderie of a restaurant and the dual role of being both hands on and administrative in my current role.
