Able to move up quickly, not hard to work here, lots of people to talk to
management is lacking, people aren't driven to make change
They are paying for my schooling and have many other benefits like mental health help and many insurance options
-health care -401k -promotions
Can’t work over time if you want to
Dental medicare
They are okay and very picky
Hire more mature people so manager won’t have to work twice.
Few dollars under, I would say
It’s pretty good, to work without being judged
The playlist we play while working
Very flexible, coworkers are chilled, learn time to keep track of time and keep things clean
GM, he always yelled at everyone had favorites, closing not the best cause your rushed to close in a hour which is impossible
Cool coworkers and love helping people.
No work life balance
50% Meal Discounts
Very Nice place to work
No Cons
A good salary at chipotle. I love chipotle
the managers were great and so were the workers
i can’t complain about anything
they give out free food to the workers on shift. and you get half off when you arent on shift.
Employees and managers
Free food
Meet new individuals
The sense of family and predictable workday structure.
The choatic pressure you can be placed under by a lunch rush in fast food.
Free food, flexible hours.
I worked on the grill for the majority of my time there, which felt good since I didn't have to worry about communicating with customers.
The customers were often rude.
The free meal I got.
It’s fun and has very good benefits
Management can be all over the place. Scheduling is stressful with many days I’m not supposed to be scheduled for, I am.
You learn culinary skills that will definitely be useful in the future. As well as free food.
my co workers were helpful
low pay for the high amount of stress and work done. screamed at almost everday
the free food.
The job is easy with the tools they provide for us.
We are never fully staffed, other stores do not want to help us out and the company worries more about labor than the actual crew and managers.
Food and paid sick time.
i have friendships with my coworkers
mean / impolite management
free food and high salary
Fast paced, relatively easy, team work based job. Ability to learn all positions and always room for advancement.
High turnover, employees that do not care at all and the viscous cycle that it creates when it comes to training and general duties. Also no work-life balance as I worked 65-80 hours a week.
401K with matching, free food.
Some of my crew members are close friends/ family. I like that I feel comfortable working around those I’m familiar with.
The customer response. Working in food is never an easy task always dealing with many different personalities.
My favorite benefit from chipotle would have to be its college reimbursement program besides the free food.
Great crew and food
Long hours with less than ideal working conditions and understaffed most of the time
Paid breaks when everyone was there and free food
Free food, fun coworkers sometimes (depends on location and management)
Overworked, sometimes (lot of times) not given breaks, long lines of customers, very demanding customers with lots of different extra requests, not getting off when you're supposed to, especially when coworkers call out.
Free food, low cost vision insurance, free 98point6 subscription
the people the food and how everything works

It's fun making burritos
People who make it bad to work there setting bad examples
Free food healthcare and paid breaks
The environment, my coworkers, flexible schedule, helps pay for school, healthcare benefits and 401k retirement plan.
The really rude and ignorant customers we get on a daily basis. And having to deal with the disrespect everyday while getting paid $12 an hour just doesn’t seem quite right for me.
Quality ingredients and healthy eating
Always busy, management was not friendly
Free meal for lunch (better discount than many other stores)
The people who work here are a lot of fun and good at their jobs.
The lack of demonstrated mobility to the lower staff makes them less willing to stay for the long run
The health benefits you get as well as the free meal for each shift is fantastic.
The coworkers are amazing.
The ridiculous amount of disrespect customers give us on a daily basis.
Free food.
Great benefits and good corporate culture. I love the camaraderie of a restaurant and the dual role of being both hands on and administrative in my current role.
Behavioral issues with the staff that are fairly indicative of the restaurant industry. Tumultuous leadership decisions within my patch.
Great vision, health and dental plans.
I like developing people
I don’t like the work/life balance
401k, health insurance, quarterly bonuses
I did like benefits and that they worked with my school schedule.
I did not like that people outside our branch overworked us.
Paid vacation, sick days
I really enjoyed the staff, serving others, and having the ability to make someone happy by giving them a nice looking meal.
I didn't quite like the working conditions. It was always steamy, and I was always very greasy after work.
Free food for sure!
Friendly environment and coworkers, as well as flexible and fair shifts.
Not challenging enough.
Free meals.
What I like about working here is it's a very fast paced environment. But not so fast where you feel under pressure. There is always something to do to keep you busy even if it's a slow day. Interacting with the customers is always an amazing time because it makes them feel really welcomed at the restaurant making them want to come again.
What I'm particularly not fond of is the lack of tidiness once it gets very busy. But it's not so bad as we do clean up after ourselves as well as our guests once everything calms down.
We have a chipotle perks website for employees where we get discounts for entertainment, clothing, hotels, and even insurance. We also get discounts/free food.
Free food. Nice co workers
Bad management. Only cares about themselves.
Good tasting food.
Free meals. that’s it
The pay is okay but the work is exhilarating. The coworkers judge you and are not nice at all. After work, I come home and I can’t function normally. My feet unbelievably hurt. Management won’t change your hours. Horrible place to work at.
The free meal. That’s it.
The managers are understanding.
The constantly flooded lines, the loud store, the midnight shifts
The free food.
Had good benefits
People working brought negative energy
Tuition Reimbursement
I like the fact that they train you based on your personality and how you would fit into the team
It is always very busy and you could be standing for 8-9 hours with only 1 small break.
Free food, 401K (even at 18), flexible hours while in school
Takes no critical thinking skills
They hire mostly the nieve and extremely desperate which makes very poor management. Very disorganized incompetent management. It is a cult mentality no joke. If you are desperate this is where its at but if you arent a felon.you can do better. They expect you to run the entire resteraunt as a crew member. From prep to grilling to cleaning the bathroom and trash outside.all in thr same shift.
The guac. Ima miss the guac but hey I can make it at home now and I dont need to cover it in salt
I like working at chipotle because the commute isn't too bad. I also like working at chipotle because of the cultural diversity .
I don't like working there because the smell of the food follows me home. Also the management is unorganized.
My favorite perk is the free food. It comes in handy when I don't want to spend too much on food.
They are very friendly outgoing and the staff always helps you when your in need and if anything is hard they help you out.
The managers are mean and disrespectful and rude. They need to hire new ones possibly.
I love the discounts
They have good food and burritos. They have great chips and drinks and the restaurant is very friendly.
I dont like some of the staff i work with here and they are very rude also.
I like to be able to get a discount on the food
The food is something that got me to start working there just to eat it
The people that come thru there are really annoying a lot of the time
Like i said earlier, the food is the main reason i went there
