ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading furniture, appliances, boxes, and other household goods during residential or commercial moves. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure clients' belongings are handled with care.
Essential functions include:
Load and unload household goods and personal belongings onto and off moving trucks.
Pack and wrap items securely using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other protective materials.
Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
Use dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to transport heavy items.
Safely secure items in the truck to prevent shifting and damage during transport.
Follow proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
Maintain a clean and organized moving truck and work area.
Provide courteous and professional service to clients throughout the moving process.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
Report any damaged or missing items immediately.

This position will have the physical skills of an athlete!

The Graphic & Creative Design Intern will assist with day-to-day graphic design and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have excellent oral, written, and digital communication skills, work well under pressure, be highly motivated, organized, and a team player. They will be able to multi-task and be proficient in shooting videos with their own camera. Must have good experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator with some knowledge in Premiere. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with content creation to promote the 3M Open through digital content for web and social media.
Work with Social Media team to ensure all social media channel graphic needs are met.
Assist with creating graphics for digital marketing materials including emails banners, website content, and sales/marketing material.
Assist with the production of the Official Tournament Guide, including gathering photos, content, and ads from sponsors.
Work with Sponsorship/Activation team on any sponsor graphic needs including signage, ads and social media sponsored content.
Own digital content updates/run of show from regular website updates to monster board messaging during 3M Open week.

Your Responsibilities
As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage material at job site.
Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:
Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems, including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, and laser electronics.
Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.

Work Environment
