Supervise crew: Instruct and guide installers and assist with installation on projects, ensure OSHA safety rules are followed Ensure quality: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards, deadlines and code requirements Manage projects: Track project budgets, schedule tasks, and ensure company policies are followed Communicate: Collaborate with customers and other team members Document work: Maintain work records and prepare reports, if needed Assist in building the team and training new W-2 installers. Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation: Pay Range: $36-$40 per hour, based on experience.
