Pros of working at Chobani

The company does its best to ensure the employees know they care about them. They know some of the jobs aren't necessarily the most exhilarating, but they try to compensate. Hamdi is a wonderful human being, and truly cares and appreciated everything his employees do.

Cons of working at Chobani

Long hours, 12 hour shift can be strenuous, especially if your not used to manual labor

Chobani benefits

There is always room for growth. If your put in the time and effort (quality and quantity balanced) the company will reward you. There isn't any dead-end job there
