Choctaw Contracting Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Operations Advisor to support command-level medical operations and behavioral health readiness across a globally dispersed intelligence force. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare or operational health professional who thrives in strategic, high-visibility environments and is comfortable advising senior military leadership (O-6/General Officer level and above). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical Operations and Strategic Advisement:

Deliver senior-level operational insight to INSCOM OTCS leadership to enhance medical mission effectiveness.
Represent the Command Surgeon in two-star battle rhythm events and Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups, ensuring medical equities are fully integrated into command decision-making.
Operational Coordination and Integration:
Synchronize medical operations, force health protection activities, and policy implementation across INSCOM headquarters, Direct Reporting Units (DRUs), and regional Health Services Support (HSS).
Coordinate closely with HQDA, MEDCOM, OTSG, DHA, and other medical stakeholders across the INSCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Maintain operational continuity for the Command Surgeon during staff rotations and high-tempo mission requirements.
Planning, Policy, and Governance Support:
Support senior medical strategic planning efforts, including Component Theater Campaign Support Orders (TCSOs), Planning Guidance, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, and OPLAN/CONPLAN development.
Participate in DA-level medical governance forums to ensure shape theater requirements for a Ready Medical Force and a Medically Ready Force.
Identify medical policy and legislative gaps and support research and documentation to inform policy development and improvement.
Leadership Engagement and Documentation:
Build and sustain relationships across INSCOM headquarters, DHA Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), joint agencies and allied partners.
Develop strategic products including action plans, milestone documentation, operational guidance, and executive-level briefing materials.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
Master's degree in health education, psychology, counseling, social work, public health, and/or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Proven experience advising Government or military command-level organizations.
Extensive experience with Army planning programming, medical policy development, and resource integration.
Licensure and Certifications:
Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently within any U.S. state or territory.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.

We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developers with a strong background in Node.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable solutions that interface with data repositories and cloud services, supporting our mission to deliver large-scale, high-quality web applications. Please note that this position is not remote and requires commuting to our Chantilly, VA office. This position also requires a security clearance (either existing or you must meet the requirements to be submitted for one).
Your Role
As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be pivotal in building and optimizing web applications that meet our strategic goals. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Node.js and other technologies to develop the backend, while also ensuring the frontend delivers a seamless user experience. You'll interface with various data repositories and cloud services to create robust, scalable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our web applications, and you'll work closely with a talented team dedicated to innovation, quality, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize web applications and services using Node.js and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver superior software solutions.
Implement responsive design to ensure our applications perform well across various devices.
Maintain and enhance code quality through clean, readable, and well-documented code in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Utilize and integrate data from various back-ends, databases, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Engage in all development lifecycle phases, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Address and resolve application vulnerabilities, maintaining top-notch security and functionality.
Keep up with emerging technology trends and apply them judiciously within the company.
Promote best practices in software development, including code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enhancing engineering and procedural standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (min 2 years) as a Full Stack Developer, specifically with Node.js for backend development.
Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks such as Express for creating efficient server-side applications.
Experience with database management and architecture, using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
Demonstrable experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and interfacing with various data repositories.
Familiarity with RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
Experience utilizing containerization technologies like Docker and container management systems like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git), package managers (NPM, Yarn), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, agile development methodology experience, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
