Pat Pacious is President and CEO of Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world. In 2019, Choice Hotels reported over $1.1 billion in revenue, exceeded 7,100 hotels in its global system, and expanded its pipeline to over 1,050 hotels - the largest in company history. Before becoming CEO in 2017, Pat was the company’s president and chief operating officer.

In 2019, he was named one of the \'Top 50 Best CEOs of Large Companies\' by Comparably and received the inaugural Veterans in Business Award from the Washington Business Journal. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

Pat served as a U.S. Navy officer after earning his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and went on to earn a master’s in business administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

He has worked as Senior VP:Franchise Growth at CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC.; Senior VP/Pres:Cambria Suites at CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC.; and VP:Franchise Sales at CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC.. David works or has worked as VP:Franchise Sales at Hawthorn Suites and Dir:Franchise Sales at Holiday Inns Worldwide. He studied at Tufts University between 1985 and 1989.

Dominic Dragisich is a Chief Financial Officer at CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC. and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. He has worked as Manager (Previously Business Analyst, Consultant, and Senior Consultant) at Deloitte; Global Business Planning MBA Intern at NIKE, INC.; and Chief Financial Officer at XO Communications. Patrick Cimerola is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world’s largest hotel franchisors. In this position, he makes sure that the broad spectrum of human resources programs and services support the company’s business operations and are fully aligned with the company’s strategies and objectives. He also is an officer of the company.

Mr. Cimerola has 25 years’ experience in human resources. He joined Choice in January 2002 as senior director of human resources and in January 2003 was promoted to vice president. In September 2009, Mr. Cimerola was promoted to senior vice president.

Under his leadership, Choice has significantly strengthened its human resources strategies across all aspects of the organization.

His successes at Choice include developing a strong talent acquisition and leadership development plan with a focus on and commitment to diversity recruiting and retention initiatives, as well as a highly recognized employee and executive on-boarding program that has contributed to Choice earning the reputation as being one of the area’s “Best Places to Work” by Washingtonian magazine.
