Pros of working at Chomerics

Above average pay and bonuses.

Cons of working at Chomerics

Management does not provide needed support due to extremely limited resources. Their arrogance and lack of knowledge leads them to consistently disregard the people that they should be listening to while refusing to follow proven successful processes. Committed only to maintaining their bonuses sacrificing everything around them.
