Webb is a founding investor in Tender Greens, a LA-based restaurant chain, and a few early stage technology startups including Soma Water, OnFleet, ZestFinance and SHIFT (acquired).

Built and led global teams across India (Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai), EU (Madrid, Munich, Krakow, London) and US (Austin, NYC, Boston, Phoenix, Dallas, Seattle, Raleigh, Charlotte, Denver and SFO). Acquiring skills such as - speaking truth to power, building high-performance leadership teams, and re-inventing customer experiences.I led Engineering and Operations at Blink Health thereby establishing a foundation to build a billion-dollar healthcare business from the ground up. At Blink, I leveraged all my learnings - from my early entrepreneurial foray to recently scaling businesses at Amazon; establishing an organization design blueprint at Blink that doubles down on single-threaded leadership across product & engineering. At Charles Schwab, I had the Divisional CTO role leading the Advisor Services Technology (AST) organization, a 1000+ person technology team across seven development centers in the US and three in India (via Offshore partners) that supports AS (B2B side of Schwab)Prior to Schwab, I spent 11 years in an executive leadership role at Amazon.com. Rotated across 4 roles at Amazon across both Consumer and the B2B division. At Amazon Business (AB) I led product and tech for shopping experience & customer acquisition. My teams solved webscale problems that intersect between humans and machines. Have led teams that evolved from information retrieval and human input to machine learning covering the gamut of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement algorithms.My experiences range from product management/engineering leadership to leading large (300+) operations teams. These experiences span industry verticals - e-commerce, healthcare, automotive retail, manufacturing, financial services, and technology domains -embedded, enterprise systems and internet-scale services.
