About the Position:
The Vice President of Partnerships will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our external partnership ecosystem, including national and regional partners, referral programs, and integrations that expand ChowNow's reach and capabilities. You'll build and lead a team that accelerates our go-to-market strategy and drives revenue through channel, affiliate, and product-led partnerships.
This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, cross-functional alignment, and long-term strategic thinking.
Reports to the Chief Financial Officer; directly manages a partnerships team of ~4.
This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages.
This role will require frequent travel to industry conferences and events as well as key partner locations across the U.S in addition to occasional travel to ChowNow's Los Angeles HQ to support relationship-building, team collaboration, and strategic initiatives.

Specifically you will:
* Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with ChowNow's revenue goals and mission to serve local restaurants.
* Build, manage, and develop a high-performing partnerships team focused on acquisition, enablement, and ongoing partner success.
* Establish and own KPIs for partner-influenced revenue, tracking performance across referral, channel, and integration partners.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader GTM efforts.
* Develop frameworks, playbooks, and incentive programs to ensure partners are equipped to drive high-quality referrals and co-selling opportunities.
* Represent ChowNow in strategic partner conversations, negotiations, and executive-level engagements.
* Identify new partnership categories (e.g., POS, hospitality tech, restaurant distributors) and lead market entry efforts with strategic allies.

About the Position:
We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale the programs that power our sales organization. You'll be the architect of ChowNow's enablement foundation-creating onboarding, training, and sales excellence programs from the ground up-and then evolve into a field-embedded leader who coaches, measures, and continuously optimizes performance.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role that blends strategic design with on-the-floor execution. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure every rep is equipped, confident, and consistently delivering world-class sales experiences.
This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Miami with a 3 days a week in office requirement where collaboration, feedback, and shared energy fuel success.

Launch a continuous learning cadence through live training, workshops, and skill sprints focused on discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and deal control.
Coach and support frontline managers and reps, reinforcing best practices through call reviews, shadowing, and data-driven feedback loops.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate GTM priorities, messaging, and launches into actionable field execution.
Track and report enablement impact-improvements in win rate, ramp time, deal velocity, and rep productivity.
Act as the voice of the field, surfacing insights on what's working, where reps are stuck, and how we can continuously raise the bar.
