About the Position: The Vice President of Partnerships will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our external partnership ecosystem, including national and regional partners, referral programs, and integrations that expand ChowNow's reach and capabilities. You'll build and lead a team that accelerates our go-to-market strategy and drives revenue through channel, affiliate, and product-led partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, cross-functional alignment, and long-term strategic thinking. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer; directly manages a partnerships team of ~4. This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages. This role will require frequent travel to industry conferences and events as well as key partner locations across the U.S in addition to occasional travel to ChowNow's Los Angeles HQ to support relationship-building, team collaboration, and strategic initiatives. Build, manage, and develop a high-performing partnerships team focused on acquisition, enablement, and ongoing partner success. Establish and own KPIs for partner-influenced revenue, tracking performance across referral, channel, and integration partners. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader GTM efforts. Develop frameworks, playbooks, and incentive programs to ensure partners are equipped to drive high-quality referrals and co-selling opportunities. Represent ChowNow in strategic partner conversations, negotiations, and executive-level engagements. Identify new partnership categories (e.g., POS, hospitality tech, restaurant distributors) and lead market entry efforts with strategic allies. You Should Apply If You: Have 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership roles in the Restaurant Tech ecosystem.
