Pros of working at Christ's Home

I love the residents.

Cons of working at Christ's Home

Your not appreciated at all. Those who work hard get reprimanded for reporting those who don’t do their job. Many have been fired for reporting an employee who disrespects a resident and or doesn’t do their job. Their Mission Statement means nothing to those in the higher up positions because they themselves don’t follow it so they don’t enforce it with employees either. Stressful environment to work it. Love the residents but truly dislike the work environment. To stressful !

Christ's Home benefits

Low pay and don’t offer much in benefits.
