Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled as a Junior, graduating in May 2027 or December 2026 Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, Business, or a related field Interest in a career in Sales, Marketing, Category Management or Research & Insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charting) Exposure to data analysis, market research, or storytelling with data Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective planning, organization, and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a sales, retail, or foodservice environment Previous internship in a related field Involvement in student organizations or community leadership roles Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with retailer or syndicated data (Circana or Nielsen) Ability to influence and collaborate across teams Compensation: $24/hr About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
