Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of activities by staff who are engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls.
Essential Functions:
Is the contact between the Time Clock Systems and the Payroll/HR System as related to payroll
Researches and submits service tickets with all payroll and time clock vendors to report and resolve any issues
Is the main contact to the field HR/Payroll personnel and conducts ongoing training to them concerning payroll related entries such as entering, changing and recording employee data into the Payroll and Time Clock systems
Coordinates activities of Payroll/HR personnel at facility levels to ensure all payroll items are entered in a timely fashion and they meet the deadlines established to produce payroll
Reviews all New Hire and employee maintenance related to payroll to ensure correct set up in the system prior to payment
Coordinates the entire payroll process to ensure timely payment of wages through direct deposit or a check
Completes the payroll end process such as balancing the reports to ensure accuracy of the wages and taxability. Produces and distributes requested reports to the various managers/departments as specified
Interprets and complies with company policy and government regulation in regards to wage payments and garnishments remittances
Maintains the entire Garnishment process, from notifying the employee to paying the garnishment vendor and complying with the state and federal regulations
Participates in the internal and external audit process
Required Education:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
: 2 years' payroll experience
Preferred Experience:
1 year experience in a healthcare payroll setting

Position Summary:
A Clinical Coordinator assists with the daily coordination of personnel and resources within the scope of assignment. Acts as the liaison between the nursing departments and all of the ancillary departments to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency and compliance.
Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Will assume required call for department when scheduled. Call will be split between other Clinical Coordinators during scheduling period.

Product Responsibility:

HOURS: PRN Overnight shift 4p-8a (as needed, hours are not guaranteed)
PRN as needed for Relief. PRN caregivers are called in as needed to cover shifts for absent employees or fill open positions. There are no guaranteed hours or set schedule. To stay active, you must work at least One weekend night shift per month. You would give the office your weekly availability and they will contact you if coverage is needed during those times.
We do NOT offer traditional Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM shifts. Work schedules are based on client needs and include mostly nights and weekends such as 12-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 PM/ 8 PM - 8 AM) and 16-hour shifts (4 PM - 8 AM).

Provides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.
Essential Functions
Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.
Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees.
Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
