Fellowship Square, a senior living non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to lead campus-level HR operations. In this leadership role, you will act as the primary liaison between campus leadership and Corporate HR, ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance.
You will oversee talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training coordination, personnel records management, performance management support, and engagement initiatives. This position upholds the integrity, timeliness, and confidentiality of HR operations while fostering professionalism, respect, and a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage requisitions, job postings, interviews, and new-hire orientation.
Employee Relations: Serve as first point of contact, conduct investigations, and advise on corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws (I-9, OSHA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and maintain audit readiness.
Training: Deliver compliance training, track completion, and develop refresher modules.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate HRIS data, process employee changes, and generate reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Five (5) or more years of progressive HR experience, with at least four (4) years in aging services, healthcare, or hospitality; experience in multi-site or campus operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong technical aptitude and ability to generate and analyze HR reports.

Responsibilities
Creating strategies and programs that drive the customer experience.
Facilitate events for Resident Appreciate Month (September), and throughout the year, as reflected in strategy and plans.
Engage and build relationships with Residents by attending Monthly New Resident Events, Leading and Planning Monthly Resident Meetings, and personally handling all Annual Lease Renewals.
Initiate and lead monthly Resident Services programming planning meetings.
Work with the VP to create an on-going TRAINING System and Program for Directors, Supervisors, and Front-Line Employees, that drives our Resident Experience.
Coordinate with the VP and Director of Sales, for any Digital or traditional Marketing required, to advance the department and drive resident experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living, life enrichment, or a similar health-related or hospitality field.
Prior experience leading an activities or engagement department within a senior living community is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum age of twenty-one (21).
Demonstrated ability to seek out and implement new methods and practices that enhance resident life.
Preferred Skills:
Proven success in planning and executing resident engagement or life enrichment programs within a senior living or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and team development abilities - able to inspire, mentor, and motivate diverse staff and volunteers.
Creative program design skills with the ability to balance large events and intimate, resident-focused activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with residents, families, and community partners.
