MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain orderly operation and safety of all areas of responsibility; ensure that sales policies and procedures are being properly carried out at the store level
Through sales floor leadership, ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and in alignment with company policy
Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll and expense goals
Ensure the execution of ad set and visual merchandising standards
Provide regular coaching and feedback to supervisors and ensure sales goals and results are communicated to all associates throughout the store
Review P&L statements with the General Manager on a monthly basis to identify areas of concern; recommend and implement sales improvement plans
Participate in and lead open and close procedures
Serve as manager-in-charge during absence of General Manager or other store managers
Manage all freight flow and merchandise processing, including regular cycle counts and tracking of company assets through inventory control
Manage staffing, orientation and training to ensure competent supervisors and associates are hired, trained and scheduled to properly service our customers
Develop and coach supervisors and sales associates in all departments in the areas of product knowledge, solution selling, standard operating procedures and customer satisfaction
Ensure human resource issues are handled in accordance with guidelines; partner with Regional HR Manager and Store Manager when needed
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Two or more years of experience with a major big box retailer in a high-volume, 30,000+ square-foot store, preferably in a commissioned sales environment or within the consumer electronics industry
A college degree is preferred
Previous experience in all aspects of retail management: driving sales, merchandising, operations, freight flow and customer service
Experience in human resources functions and capable of hiring, retaining and coaching qualified employees
Ability to execute corporate initiatives and analyze the competition
Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time
Shifts include hours after and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

We are currently seeking self-motivated, results-driven RETAIL COMPUTER TECHNICIANS, starting at $15/hour base pay with productivity incentives to increase hourly rates up to $18-$35 + SPIFFs. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting to customers at the service counter on a variety of computers, computer-related equipment and other retail products sold in the store
Recommend various service solutions including, but not limited to, data backups, anti-virus, extended warranties, and support subscriptions
Identify, diagnose, and document hardware failure(s) or software problems on a variety of electronic devices including, but not limited to, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, TVs, and monitors
Assemble custom computers sold by our expert build-your-own (BYO) sales team
Understand and utilize technical manuals and support resources while maintaining appropriate technical certifications and vendor certifications, while keeping up to date on retail products and current technologies
Maintain a cash till, handle customer transactions, and maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area is maintained and inventory is accurately tracked
Provide timely, complete, and accurate information directly to customers via face-to-face, telephone, text, and email communication regarding their service event on a constant basis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent with one-year related computer service repair or technical customer service experience strongly preferred
CompTIA A+ certification or Apple ACMT and ACiT certifications, or the ability to be certified within 90 days of hire. *Apple certifications highly desirable

The Computer Build Technician based at our Hilliard area integration center is responsible for the assembly, quality assurance, and packaging of desktop computers. This position is a warehouse/labor/production-oriented role. The ideal candidate would have experience in a production environment, with the ability to work well with their hands, along with the ability to use basic tools. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* New computer system assembly in accordance with established guidelines; station assigned by the lead build technician or the department manager.
* Primary duties include basic build, prep, and pack of computers and computer products.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in managing the accounting operations of a complex, high-growth organization. This role partners closely with the VP of Finance/Controller, and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and streamlined accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings Big 4 public accounting experience, hands-on operational accounting exposure in a mid-to-large private company environment (>$500M), and proven proficiency with modern financial ERP systems.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.
* Support preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.
* Strengthen and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and operational workflows.
* Lead or support special projects including system implementations, process automation, financial integrations, and reporting enhancements.
* Partner with FP&A, operations, and executive teams to ensure transparency and alignment across the business.
* Manage and mentor accounting team members, cultivating a high-performance and continuous-improvement environment.
* Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit process.
* Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
* Oversee Tax department and filling of Corporate taxes including K-1's.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
* Big 4 public accounting experience (audit or advisory).
* 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in a company of at least $500M in revenue.
* Strong working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and consolidated financial reporting.
* Hands-on experience with finance ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity, high-volume environment.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in a company transitioning through rapid growth, system integrations, or process modernization.
* Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
