As the nation’s seventh-largest city, San Antonio’s pediatric population is growing and has increased by more than 18 percent since 2000.
After selling the hospital in 2005, St Joseph’s Foundation became CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare with the focus shifting to provide medical outreach and social services to the uninsured and underserved of area through seven mission-driven programs.
