free food - always. Benefits are just ok, culture is good, but there is a lot of drama at the corporate offices.

What do you like best about CHRISTUS Health's CEO and the leadership team?

Ernie believes in what he says. But overall, the rest of the leadership, especially in the HR department is lacking. They are pro what ever is WOKE at the moment

How would you improve CHRISTUS Health's culture?

Christus needs to stop letting the tail wag the dog. They are reactive to employee needs, not proactive.

How did you prepare for the CHRISTUS Health interview?

I was a hiring manager. I had little support or tools to prepare with. Good thing I learned these tools with another company.

How does your compensation at CHRISTUS Health compare to the industry average?

Compensation is fair for non[-profits, but not competitive for the local market.
