About the role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is primarily responsible for management of the Repair Department, its inventory, staff and operational functions to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service.

About the role:
The On-Premises/Hybrid Cloud Engineer will serve as a senior technical expert, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Implement and manage backup, restore, and recovery operations using tools like Veeam for both traditional and high-availability cloud/premise systems.
Ensure robust network security, including traffic routing, network segmentation, load balancing, caching, and secure tunneling.
Monitor system performance and security using XDR, MTR, MDM, and RMM tools, ensuring compliance with standards like PCI DSS.
Automate infrastructure tasks and create system images using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or SQL scripting.
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Preferred Skills
Above-average communication skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners, and vendors such as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ERP support teams, and Oracle DB architects.
Strong experience with cybersecurity principles, including threat mitigation, vulnerability management, and secure configuration practices.

Summary Description: Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Ski / Snowboard Rental Department including staff supervision, training and inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while providing the best-in-class guest service.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the high-standard for guest service through personal behavior and leadership
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with proper binding DIN setting practices
Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with regard to proper boot fitting
Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including any promotions
Maintain store cleanliness standards
Assist the store manager in monitoring and controlling the payroll budget
Assist store manager in hiring, training, coaching, leading and maintaining a high-quality staff

Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
Prepare, distribute and maintain company-required documentation
