As a critical part of the Casualty Claim discipline, this position is responsible for collaborating with internal and external colleagues to:
Analyze first reports of loss, underlying file material, and/or underwriting file, to determine if claim is suspect or potentially fraudulent.
Conduct a complete, in-depth investigation to develop sufficient evidence to determine the claim handling decision.
Recommend a final course of Claim action- substantiation of legitimate claim, or denial of an unjustified claim, and/or a recommendation of further punitive action to successfully execute the above.
Collaborating and communicating with the following during the investigation: Claim Department, Claim Operations, Loss Control Department, Underwriting Departments, Agents Counsel, Insured's and/or their Legal Representatives, National Fraud Manager, Law Enforcement, Regulatory Agencies, and Industry Anti-Fraud Organizations
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all the above
Strong customer service skills.
Managing (selecting, directing, employing, and maintaining) private investigator panel of independent contractors and other vendors for quality and cost-effective results.
Maintaining and monitoring an active diary, properly documenting all developments in claim file, preparing investigative reports, maintaining suspicious claim database, and preparing reports on a quarterly basis to supervisors
Being familiar with and appropriately adhering to fraud statutes
Actively pursuing memberships in professional Anti-Fraud investigative organizations and participating in associated training and events offered
Training and influencing Claim, Loss Control and Underwriting colleagues as well as Insureds to detect and prevent insurance fraud.
Adhering to Chubb service standards, Chubb code of professional conduct, statutory regulations, and Unfair Claims Practice Acts

Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior technical, hands-on specialist to handle the coordination of testing and release process for the Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data. This is a challenging and high-profile role which spans the end-to-end software development cycle (SDLC) - including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, and working with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign-off, integration into consumer applications, and release. Located in New York, this role is a critical point of contact for desk strategists, technology and QA colleagues in that timezone, maintains continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.
The successful candidate will also help with improving our automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure covering the entire SDLC across several million lines of C++, Java, and Scala source code. This will include configuration of Jenkins jobs, source code management tooling, and supporting trading desk strategists' use of development environment.
Most of the Fixed Income portfolio is valued and risked using these pricing and risk modelling libraries, which are used by many varied applications throughout the firm and have multiple inter-dependencies. This requires that we build the libraries in a consistent manner on multiple different platforms, and integrate them into the varied application landscape, which is itself constantly changing. Our ability to patch, test and release new functionality within hours if not minutes can be critical to our success as a business, and the successful candidate will be critical to helping us achieve this.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $250,000 for Vice President at commencement of employment. Citi's Public Cloud organization is building a next-generation platform to provide secure, compliant, and scalable cloud services to application teams across the firm. We are seeking a Head of Public Cloud Architecture (Director) to lead cloud architecture strategy, governance, and delivery across AWS and GCP.
This executive role will directly report to the Managing Director, Head of Public Cloud, and will be responsible for defining and standardizing cloud architecture patterns, ensuring compliance and resiliency, and integrating enterprise-wide architecture with Citi's cloud ecosystem. The leader will partner with engineering, product, and security teams within Public Cloud as well as CIO organizations, application teams, and enterprise architecture groups across the firm.
Architecture Leadership & Strategy
Define Citi's Public Cloud architecture strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks.
Develop and maintain standard architectural patterns, blueprints, and reference implementations for AWS and GCP environments.
Lead the Public Cloud Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure application teams are designing and deploying compliant, cloud-native solutions.
Collaboration & Partnership
Partner with engineering and product leaders within the Public Cloud organization to ensure consistent, scalable, and secure delivery of platform services.
Engage with application teams and CIO organizations to address architecture concerns and guide adoption of cloud-native best practices.
Work closely with Security Architecture and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment, resiliency, and regulatory compliance.
Architecture Integration
Integrate public cloud architecture with other enterprise assets such as enterprise CI/CD pipelines, on-premises networks, and shared infrastructure.
Drive architectural decisions for resiliency, failover, latency, performance, and backup in cloud-hosted applications.
Ensure interoperability and consistency of architecture across AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments.
Governance & Compliance
Establish and enforce architectural governance processes across Citi's Public Cloud landscape.
Drive compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for financial services in public cloud.
Lead reviews of application architectures to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:Education & Experience
15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 7+ years focused on cloud architecture and delivery at scale.
Proven track record of building and leading enterprise-scale cloud architectures in regulated industries (preferably financial services).
Deep technical expertise in AWS and GCP cloud services, architecture patterns, and native tooling.
Strong background in resiliency, disaster recovery, latency optimization, and performance engineering in cloud environments
Skills & Knowledge
Demonstrated experience defining cloud-native reference architectures and reusable patterns.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, compliance frameworks, and enterprise integration.
Strong expertise in architecting Public Cloud container platforms (EKS, GKE).
Experience governing and managing architecture review boards or equivalent forums.
Familiarity with enterprise CI/CD pipelines and hybrid networking models.
Leadership & Collaboration
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across CIO organizations, application teams, and enterprise functions.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a complex, global organization.
Demonstrated success building high-performing architecture teams and fostering innovation while ensuring compliance.
