**Qualifications:**
+ **Extensive Experience (14+ years):** Proven track record in software engineering, with significant leadership experience (5+ years) in delivering complex, high-scale, mission-critical applications.
+ **Full Stack Expertise:** Deep proficiency in both backend (scalable services, APIs, diverse programming languages/frameworks, distributed systems, databases) and frontend (modern frameworks, responsive and performant UIs) development.
+ **Public Cloud Mastery:** Expert-level experience with major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native solutions.
+ **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Advanced proficiency in industry-standard IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
+ **CI/CD Leadership:** Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, leveraging platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness, or Tekton, coupled with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
+ **AI-Powered Code Assistance:** Familiarity and practical experience with AI-powered code assist tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and accelerate development cycles.
+ **Generative AI & AI Concepts Awareness:** Strong understanding and awareness of Generative AI platforms and broader AI capabilities (e.g., Large Language Models, AI-driven development platforms) for tasks such as summarization, intelligent Q&A, and advanced automation, including familiarity with multi-agent systems.
+ **Security & Compliance in Cloud/AI:** Demonstrated understanding of cloud security best practices, data privacy, data classification, and regulatory compliance principles applicable to public cloud deployments and the responsible use of AI technologies.
