What You'll Do As a Claims Actuary, you can expect to: * Independently lead the development of new Claims actuarial tools, leveraging Claims, Actuarial, and Analytics resources across the organization. * Apply and recommend changes to actuarial and statistical methods and procedures. * Identify trends and changes in Claims performance requiring further research or analysis. * Summarize and analyze trend observations, analyze impact on profit and growth objectives and make recommendations when appropriate. * Communicate results of analysis to leadership throughout the organization.
