This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions, while also managing the downstream flow of TPA data through Claims Mart-ensuring data quality, understanding actuarial impacts, and resolving data flow issues. You'll create visual workflows, evaluate performance, and deliver impactful recommendations to stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for: As the first point of contact for all strategic initiatives for a region or segment, provide advanced financial analysis and modeling. Serve as the point of contact for any supporting external consultancies when needed to assist with business performance reviews, including in-depth analyses in specific areas. Lead the preparation of key messages, reports and financial analyses to inform management teams of expected outcomes for specific initiatives. Lead the production of periodic benefit follow-ups for key initiatives within the relevant region or segment to ensure financial targets are met. Develop and maintain the governance framework to ensure that all business initiatives are subject to high-quality, systematic financial scrutiny. Prepare analyses and comments for all reporting requirements of the Group's projects and be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to financial projections to ensure that all project outputs are obtained. Lead the production of profitability reports on behalf of the region or segment, monitoring performance trends by product or line of business to identify any substantially underperforming or outperforming. Lead the development of new reporting initiatives for the region or segment with the goal of providing additional and deeper insight into performance trends to improve decision-making. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area Preferred Qualifications: Insurance industry experience Project management experience CPA, CPCU, CFA or CTP Strong Microsoft Office experience Strong verbal and written communication skills At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
