The Warehouse Receiving Clerk coordinates receipts and returns of materials ordered by the company ensuring that shipments are as ordered. This position will have the responsibility of distribution of goods and mail within the company. In addition there will be functions that assist finance and the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Opens as necessary, inspects for damage, and checks quantities received against Purchase Orders, assuring shortages are indicated on shipping papers, and overages returned to vendor
* Distributes goods and mail to include truck shipments, UPS, DHL and Fed Ex deliveries; all mail distribution; and runner duties for deliveries and Pick-ups as assigned by Purchasing Manager. Computer skills will be used to track orders, verifying backorders, and access to Purchase Order index.
* Receives shipments in purchasing/receiving system
* Forwards all packing lists and receiving tickets to Purchasing signed and verified as to count.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes, but is not limited to, the following:
* Greet & escort VIP guests from the gate to their dining location.
* Acquaint guests with their area and race day activations and serve as their point of contact throughout the race day.
* Assist your manager and fellow concierges with room tasks. This may include administrative tasks, stockroom checks, distributing materials to the team, operating welcome checkpoint stations around the property, and handling additional Sales & Ticket Operations tasks as required.
* Lead short tours around the property or escort guests to visit other areas, access-permitting.
* Relay guest feedback to Manager and fellow Concierges using protocols shared at training.
* Anticipate and efficiently handle customer service requests using the resources provided.
* Work with your Manager and Concierge team to troubleshoot customer service issues & tactfully offer approved solutions.

JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Partnership Development is responsible for driving sponsorship sales at Churchill Downs Racetrack, through direct selling. This includes, but is not limited to identifying potential sponsorship candidates, conducting outreach, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals, as well as achieving annual sales goals. The Director of Partnerships will also have responsibility for renewals.
