OVERVIEW
The Asset Protection Specialist role will be based out Flagship locations and will provide support at surrounding sanctuaries within their market. You will help support, lead, and maximize all aspects of the Asset Protection function for ALO sanctuaries in direct partnership with the Regional Asset Protection Manager. In this new role, you will use proven methodologies, new technological advances, and data analysis, in combination with a relentless pursuit of excellence to strategically execute a customized Asset Protection program to fully support the ALO vision and brand expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal in your assigned store(s).
Partner with the store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies.
Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, operational, and other loss-related activities.
Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities and identify suspicious behaviors and address safety concerns.
Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
Involvement in daily operational processes.
Monitor inventory levels by analyzing RFID data to conduct item level investigations for top loss items.
Identify, escalate, and support internal dishonesty investigations through various methods.
Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with safety and physical security policies.
Collaborate with management to implement and enforce loss prevention policies tailored to ALO's brand and customer experience.
Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams during investigations, providing necessary documentation and testimony when required.
Network with other peers in the AP/LP Field for partnership on investigations, best practices, and trends.
Prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for improvements and preventative measures.
Conduct asset protection assessments and develop action plans to address vulnerabilities.
Partner with Regional Asset Protection Manager to identify to shrink, security, safety, and cash management opportunities.
Educate staff on loss prevention practices and the importance of asset protection.
Assist in training new employees on asset protection and safety relevant to the retail environment.
Serve as a resource for staff regarding asset protection policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance investigative skills and knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong desire and ability to learn new skills and best practices on an ongoing basis.
Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail environment.
Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market as required.
Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business where schedules will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary
The Public Safety Officer reports to the Security Manager. In this role, you will assist the Security Manager. This position operates under direct supervision and mentorship of the Security Manager.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance for all activities involved in facility and event security.
* Perform crowd management and control techniques; Assist with police and fire rescue.
* Remain calm in emergency response situations which could be life threatening.
* Understand the organization and operation of convention center and of outside agencies as necessary to assume assigned responsibilities.
* Maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
* Assist in general duties of public safety, theft deterrence and loss prevention.
* Building, parking lot, and safety inspections as assigned by the manager.
* Monitor fire safety equipment; surveillance equipment; card access equipment.
* Ability to work security check-points and other posts plus traffic assistance.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by manager
* Ability to reach, grasp, walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods.
* Lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
* Ability to work indoors & outdoors as needed, under varying climates in facility locale.
* Ability to talk and hear; must be able to frequently communicate with internal and external clients; must be able to exchange information accurately in all situations.
* Two years of increasingly responsible experience in law enforcement or security services.
* Relevant experience working in a first class public assembly environment is preferred.
Qualifications
* Security D License a plus.
* Possess unrestricted Florida Drivers License.
* Possess, or ability to obtain, appropriate Florida Security License.
* Possession of, or ability to obtain, a current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certificate.
* Possess demonstrable experience with the characteristics, services and activities of public facility security and safety programs.
* Verifiable similar experience in a large, service oriented environment.
* Working knowledge of pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulations.
* Computer skills to include Microsoft Office and internet use.
* Read, speak, write and comprehend the American English language.
* Major course work in law enforcement, public/business administration or a related field.
* Possess, or ability to obtain appropriate Florida Security License.
* Possess, or ability to obtain, a current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certificate.
* Two years of increasingly responsible experience in law enforcement or security services.
* Relevant experience working in a first class convention center is preferred.
* Ability to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Global Solutions Internation, LLC is looking for a Secret Cleared Professionals to provide security escort services for 8th Air Force at Barksdale AFB, located in the Bossier City, LA area (Barksdale AFB) to sit on site with a large Government Integrator. These individuals support many security functions, primarily in support of a cleared-space SCIF build out (monitoring construction crews). The escorts will provide unarmed but security escorts (Construction Site Observers CSOs) for general Contractors, and their subcontractors, conducting construction activities at Building 5454 at Barksdale AFB, LA. Helps to issue employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards. Maintains lock and key records. Perform daily surveillance duty as required.
Responsibilities
Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
Remove trespassers when necessary
Monitor surveillance cameras
Respond to reports of suspicious activity
Report on daily activities and any security incidents
Qualifications
Must have a SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE...
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred
High school diploma/GED
