The Dietitian Assistant provides operational support for the Clinical Nutrition department and clinical assistance with patient's nutritional care. Shift: Days/Evenings. 10-hour shifts between 7:00am - 7:30pm. Weekend and holiday availability required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Determines nutritional risk of patients in accordance with policies and procedures and maintains communication with Registered Dietitian (RD) staff.
Partners with patients, families and nursing to calculate and document all intakes, oral and nutrition support for inpatient orders for calorie count.
Responsible for triaging phone calls, nutrition risk screening, calorie counts, diet analysis, meal planning, nutrition support flow sheet calculations and ketogenic diet initiation.
Supports and coordinates the ketogenic diet orientation with the ketogenic RD and team. Plans menus for patients in accordance with the ketogenic diet prescription.
Provides training to families on how to prepare keto meals while in patient and for home use.
Coordinates and collaborates closely with the room service coordinators in food service to ensure compliance with inpatients diet modifications.
Assists patients and families in meal planning for patients on a complex therapeutic diet that cannot be managed through room service. Responsible for outpatient diet analysis of food records submitted by RD's and medical providers.
Supports and collaborates with the eating disorder RD's to help families with patient menu planning. Coordinates with families in ordering meals in compliance with the correct meal plan level.
Responsible for the accurate calculation and timely documentation of daily enteral and parenteral nutrient intake for patients in the critical care inpatient units.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of formulas prepared in formula lab.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees
Associate's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Healthcare or related field.
Equivalency
Certification as a registered dietetic technician or two years of related work experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirements.

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly.
2. Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.
3. Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions.
4. Safely set-up, clean, and utilize the silver burnishing machine to clean, polish, sort, and transport silver following a daily or weekly schedule; place damaged or excessively worn pieces in a designated area for repair.
5. Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing.
6. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
7. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Clean messes and spills immediately.
2. Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver.

Therapist - ACT
ACT is an interdisciplinary team-based approach to the provision of treatment for individuals with severe mental illness and often co- occurring substance use disorders, focusing on promoting symptom stability, increasing coping skills, social skill development and community integration. Services include wraparound case management to assist individuals with connection to community resources, skills training to help increase independent living, coordination of care with relevant supports, individual and family therapy, substance use counseling, medication management, psychoeducation, peer support, and vocational services.
Utilize key concepts of recovery including client choice, empowerment; hope, creating meaningful activity, advocacy, and consultation with key supports, to facilitate client centered care that will help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
Provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with trauma, mental health and substance use problems
Administer standardized screening tools to identify clients with behavioral health and/or substance use problems as well as tools to measure progress through treatment. Utilize these tools in the development of care plans. Modify care plans as needs change.
Assist clients with symptom reduction (e.g. insomnia, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma symptoms, stress management, emotional dysregulation)
Use evidence-based models for treatment, including but not limited to CBT, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing etc.
Provide an integrated care approach to assessment and intervention for clients having difficulty managing their health due to multiple conditions/chronic disease.
Work closely and collaboratively within a team to provide support and coordination in addressing social issues and basic needs that are barriers to effective treatment and the client's ability to thrive.
Provide linkage to case management services and other community-based resources to assist with building a network of support outside of treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseload, treatment, concerns, and recommendations
Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of clinical services.
Maintain positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and other professionals
Participate and contribute to team meetings, clinical supervision, and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field
Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrate a high level of skill in assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care. Experience working with individuals and families who experience various mental, behavioral, and substance abuse conditions.
Ability to operate PC-based software programs including proficiency in Word, Excel and other computer-based systems.
Possess advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem-solving skills, and efficient time management. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; collaborating with other internal and external teams.
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance if working in the community is a part of your role.
