Position Summary
The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

About the role:
The Residential Page plays an essential role in ensuring an exceptional living experience for all residents. This position is responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of resident parcels, serving as the primary point of contact for all House Car services, and responding to resident requests with efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to our established core standards.

Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information.
Manage and provide access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/resident's service providers and visitors, based on advanced authorization, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and resident's service providers. Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, control and direct the schedule for the Spa Receptionist/Attendant employees. Responsible of arranging the spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests. To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa. To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Ensure the established Four Seasons service and core standards are met. Ensure the appropriate amount of inventory is maintained through ordering. Ensure that groups and VIP guests are managed properly through introductions, tours and billing. Responsible for completing glitch guest resolution and follow up in a timely manner. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Hospitality / Business Management college degree preferred
• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory level position within a luxury Spa preferred
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Sales and Event Services Managers and Director while being familiar with all aspects of the catering planning process. Assist in the organization of events and act as a liaison with the Hotel's Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons Meetings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards and assist with overflow calls for Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Executive Office. (15%)
Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and e-mails using Golden Sales & Catering, Canva, Opera, Prismm (formerly Social Tables), Power BI, and Microsoft O365. (25%)
Maintain accounts, including traces, creating and updating bookings, manipulating events in the function diary and the preparation of Banquet Event Orders. (15%)
Facilitate all aspects of internal Four Seasons Meeting Program under the guidance of the Event Sales/Event Services Managers (15%)
Complete daily and weekly distribution of Catering correspondence to the hotel operating departments as required. Examples: Amenity Cards, Resumes and Banquet Events Orders. (10%)
Maintain the various Catering file systems, both electronic and paper, including Account Files, Program Evaluation Database, Master binders for Banquet Event Orders and Resumes. (5%)
Operate a variety of electronic and manual office resources, including but not limited to laser printers, multi-function copy machines, fax machines, paging system, a bindery machine. (5%)
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Planning Committee. (5%)
Respond according to the crisis management plan to any hotel emergency or safety situation. (5%)
Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (5%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
