I loved being able to plan and execute my own advertising campaigns. I also loved designing my own showroom. I can create and build my own displays. I love working with customers and installing satellite systems on different homes. I also enjoyed training people on how to install and trouble shoot Satellite systems.

I am always a little concerned with false accusations while at the customers house.

Having the freedom to self direct and manage.

I am the CEO. The best thing I bring to the table is consistency.

What makes or breaks a company is the employees it hires. I would look for qualified employees that are willing to learn and eager to work as a team.

1. Dress professional. Suit and Tie are a must. 2. Always have a resamae even if you sent them one before. 3. Always have personal refrences. List people who know you well and are employed or retired. 4. Always do research on the company and the Job you want. Have a list of pointed questions.

When Satellite subscription services was at its peak in the early two thousand money was no issue except when it came time to pay quarterly taxes.

I must say that we have not been very diversified. All my employees have been caucasian and American. I have had very little concern for their skin color or nationality. I focused more on their work and interpersonal skills.

I honestly can not think of one thing that brings me more joy than anything else. I have loved it all. The last 21 years has been amazing. I am grieved to see it come to an end.
