I’ve learned a lot since joining the company. We’ve gone through changes of leadership and acquisitions, etc. that’s been a great opportunity to learn.

Being a 24/7 hour operation company with so many yards around the country makes it difficult to get to know peers you interact with on a daily basis.

When they say they have an open door policy, they really mean it.

By developing activities that allow all employees to come together at least once per year and interact outside of work.

I went to the company website and learned a bit about their operations. I jot down some questions I had and the rest of the interview just flowed as a conversation

Need better pay for Work performing also be considered for higher positions lots of favoritism

Benefits are great PTO is great like working 3 1/2 days and 3 1/2 days off understandable if you need time off for family

Keeps us on our feet and relies on us to get the job done and aspects professional performance from us and treat us as family

Need positive people and good work ethic. Also needs more employees.

Had all my documents in place clean, shaved presentable and accountable for interview. Also gave straight answers to questions asked eye Contact and posture and yes sir and no sir questions ask.

Need better pay for job being performed will go along way and be appreciated by the higher-ups in corporate

I have to drive far even though I get paid good all that goes into gas

The managers don’t micro manage you your able to work and get things done without them on your back and forcing you to do thing their way. They are open to new ideas

They have helped me on my schedule when I have things going on in my personal life

I have never met him I’m on nights and before that tracked for work with the company and not once have I met him

Help the BTO guys that drive an hr away with fuel more often

I been work here a long time i let my resume speak for itself and answered questions with confidence

I think it’s in the lower end of the industry but it’s decent

I get to drive a train and everyday it’s. Something new I love not having to do the same thing over and over again

Good compensation, good management, hands-on field experience, interesting work

Some of the customers are grumpy lol, West Texas terminal sites are a nightmare to go visit

Flexible work from home schedules, bonus plan, nice offices

They are kind, understanding, and do not micromanage

Maybe add a ping pong table or pool table in the office

Having horrible bosses and jobs previously

Turnover seems to continue to be an issue, as it seems in all businesses.

Healthcare is really good.

I think we are upper end of pay for our industry.
