Vice President of Compliance & Engineering
Do you work at CIG Logistics?
Does leadership effectively guide CIG Logistics toward its goals?
I’ve learned a lot since joining the company. We’ve gone through changes of leadership and acquisitions, etc. that’s been a great opportunity to learn.
Being a 24/7 hour operation company with so many yards around the country makes it difficult to get to know peers you interact with on a daily basis.
Working from Home
When they say they have an open door policy, they really mean it.
By developing activities that allow all employees to come together at least once per year and interact outside of work.
I went to the company website and learned a bit about their operations. I jot down some questions I had and the rest of the interview just flowed as a conversation
My compensation at CIG logistics is good!
Being able to help others.
