The incumbent is responsible for communicating a previously calculated overpayment or completing simple overpayment calculations from the available file information. When the overpayment has been determined and the file documented, the incumbent works directly with the claimant, advocate or employer, primarily on the phone, to ensure that overpayments are recovered timely and in accordance with the specific policy language. The incumbent is responsible for communicating a previously calculated overpayment or completing simple overpayment calculations from the available file information.
