Key Responsibilities
Define and own a Medicaid wide testing strategy roadmap (3-5 years) for Medicaid portfolios, including automation goals and process optimization.
Provide strategic oversight to the team for all testing activities across multiple Medicaid domains, ensuring dependencies are identified, managed, and validated.
Establish and enforce enterprise testing standards, including QTest adoption and consistent methodologies across portfolios.
Drive automation initiatives at scale, evaluating and implementing tools and frameworks to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Enable scalable testing operations through effective leadership, resource planning, and demand-based team scaling.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to align testing strategies with organizational objectives and portfolio priorities.
Mentor and guide State Test managers and teams on best practices, automation frameworks, and quality planning.
Monitor and continuously improve testing processes, leveraging metrics and analytics to identify efficiency opportunities.
Ensure comprehensive end-to-end test coverage, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across portfolios.
Build strong relationships across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications
8+ years of software testing experience, including enterprise test strategy development and automation.
Proven experience with Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks.
Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks; familiarity with QTest and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Cloud Foundry).
Strong leadership skills with 2+ years managing large-scale or distributed teams.
Ability to analyze and implement new tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Medicaid or healthcare systems preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
