Gain knowledge and collaborate with teammates to learn. Qualifications Required 0-2+ years of relevant tax, accounting, or audit experience (minimum: 0 years). Working knowledge of GAAP and core corporate tax concepts, including permanent and temporary differences, apportionment, and effective tax rate. Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and strong attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information. Organized self‑starter who manages several priorities with limited supervision. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience supporting IDRs and tax audits (state income/franchise or federal). Familiarity with FIN 48 reserves and documentation. Experience collaborating across functions to gather facts and resolve issues.
