As a DME Technician, you will help patients safely access the respiratory and home medical equipment they need to manage their health at home. You will deliver, set up, and retrieve equipment while educating patients and caregivers, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidence throughout the process. Responsibilities
Coordinate delivery and pickup times with patients to ensure timely, reliable service.

Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, storage, and maintenance of equipment.

Pay information:
The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The national average salary for the Sr. Claims Examiner is $78,000 - $107,250 with 15% bonus potential.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate delivery and pickup times with patients to ensure timely, reliable service.
* Transport, deliver, and retrieve equipment and supplies while following safety procedures and reporting any concerns.
* Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, storage, and maintenance of equipment.
* Review and explain all documents in the New Patient Packet, ensuring understanding of rights and responsibilities.
* Complete required delivery documentation, including route logs and oxygen dispensing logs.
* Clean, maintain, and service equipment according to company standards.
* Maintain accurate inventory records for all equipment received, delivered, and retrieved.
* Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and well‑stocked.
