Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for executing the Revenue Assurance process for CBTS. This entails working with multiple teams to identify billing issues and provide recommendations to mitigate future issues. It also requires continuous sampling of billing to ensure proper revenue recognition in the correct periods.

Essential Functions:

* Create a database of customer contracts for cross departmental use.
* Identify any contracts with non-standard billing requirements.
* Create summary of any changes required in the contract that is available to billing teams.
* Develop audit plan to determine completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of revenue.
* Review and compare contracts to invoices for discrepancies.
* Provide impacts to management to assist with decision making
* Investigate potential root cause of revenue inaccuracy and provide recommendations to correct.
* Identify potential process improvements
* Attend cross departmental meetings and report back to management
* Assist where needed in implementing process improvements
* Conduct special investigations at the request of Vice President Finance and/or Senior Director of Finance.

Education:

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

**Job Purpose: Primary Purpose is Performance of Services for Government Agencies**

This person manages the daily operational workflow for HT Federal and provides leadership and guidance to field resources. Analyst - Data Analytics

**Job Purpose**

This position is responsible for the delivery of reporting and analytics, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of large and varied data sets. The position reports to the Director of Data Analytics and will support analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.

**Essential Functions**

+ Work with key marketing and product management members on complex business problems that require in-depth analysis and recommendations around the product lifecycle; this will include product launches, pricing, and acquisition/retention data analysis

+ Provide ad-hoc analytics support and activities in a collaborative work environment

+ Leverage data mining and predictive modeling tools to provide actionable recommendations and solve business/operational problems

+ Develop predictive models (i.e. linear and non-linear regression, cluster, association, decision trees, neural networks, etc.) that are relevant and actionable

+ Produce models incorporating multiple data sources into reports and recommendations which enable decision making

+ Utilize statistical and data visualization tools to develop innovative approaches to complex business problems

+ Participate in the identification and standardization of key business processes, design of analytical approaches, and development of tools that benefit analysis and reporting

+ Support financial modeling and business case development (i.e. EBITDA, NPV, etc.)

**Education**

+ Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a concentration in Statistics, Finance, and/or Analytics is required

+ MBA preferred

**Experience**

+ 3-5 years of work experience

+ Experience supporting marketing and/or product management teams with new product launches, defining market opportunities, acquisition/retention campaigns, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies is preferred

+ Extensive experience with Excel (i.e. PowerPivot/PowerView), R, SQL, and/or Tableau is required

+ Experience working with large amounts of data from various data sources

+ Telecommunications industry experience preferred, but not required

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand and communicate complex issues and trends

+ Experience with visualization and story-telling

**Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

+ Ability to work effectively across internal functional areas in situations where clear parameters may not exist

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills accompanied by excellent consultative skills

+ Ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for assembling, constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining outside plant facilities and equipment. Performs other related, marginal duties as required.

1. Essential Duties/Functions:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

+ Assembles, constructs, installs, repairs, or maintains outside plant facilities and equipment.

+ Drives company's vehicle to work site. Determines field conditions along proposed facility.

+ Loads, unloads, and transports materials and equipment.
