Application System Administration Intern(s) will:
* carry out Functional and Integration testing and assist system users with user testing
* deploy the Document Capture Process in production
* perform regular maintenance on the Captiva environments, including software installation, upgrades, and patching
* manage all Security, Logging, Audit, and Usage requirements within the Captiva environment
* perform troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause analysis on issues that relate to the Captiva environment
* provide support for other applications such as Documentum, CTS, CSSAPP/ASSAP, ProArchiver, etc.
Infrastructure Intern(s) will:
* complete low to medium complexity work orders (e.g. cables, server retirements, equipment delivery, labeling etc.)
* the installation and uninstallation of network hardware with assistance from higher level technicians
* participate in equipment and CDU audits
* monitor data center footprint and capacities
* provide support to operational infrastructure staff
Be equipped with/to (may vary by department):
* assist with business activities and processes
* participate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects

Investigate and assemble facts, determine policy coverage, evaluate the amount of loss, analyze legal liability and pay or deny losses.
Become familiar with insurance coverage by studying insurance policies, endorsements and forms.
Work towards the resolution of claims, and may attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary.
Ensure that claims payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
Service the needs of agents, policyholders and others.
Handle investigations by phone, mail and on-site investigations.

Students should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college
