Pros of working at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies

The people are all easy to work with. The management is hands off and allow you to have your freedom when doing your routine daily work. The management is not hovering over your shoulder. The company offers quarterly and weekly give a-ways. They also do outings to an amusement park. We receive a hour lunch break.
