Role Summary:
We're seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager to support our social media strategy through the management of content across channels. This position will play a key role in ideating, planning, and posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts. Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in social media, excellent communication skills, and loves the movies!

Responsibilities:
In partnership with the Senior Manager, manage social calendar and overall platform strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts
Manage the day-to-day scheduling and posting of assets across all channels
Manage social media sweepstakes including: drafting legal rules, developing creative, choosing winners, communicating with external partners, and shipping out prizing.
Assist with day-to-day communication with internal teams, studios, and external agencies
Manage and oversee Community Management strategy and execution
Bring fresh and thoughtful ideas to the table, participate in brainstorms, and manage creative production
Film and edit content that is optimized for social platforms
Collaborate with both external and internal partners on the creation of content, leveraging best practices and data to drive decision making
Maintain proficiency and knowledge in all the latest social media trends and best practices
Analyze performance of social content and craft actionable insights/ recommendations to optimize strategy and communicate findings
Closely track emerging trends, tools, and platforms within the social and digital space
Qualifications: :
5-7 years related experience at a globally recognized brand
Curiosity and passion for all things social media and movies
Proven track record in driving a successful social media strategy, with in-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads and YouTube Shorts
Experience using analytics tools to identify trends, communicate insights, and provide recommendations
A track record of creating culturally relevant content that grows engaged, loyal communities
Familiarity with Community Management and/or Social Listening processes and tools
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Basic Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro knowledge
Experience presenting to large groups and Executive Leadership
Familiarity with current and emerging social platforms and trends
Ability to work and communicate quickly and juggle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Highly motivated with an eagerness to learn

Role Summary:
As a member of the Technology Operations Presentation (TOP) department, the Quality Assurance Specialist has the primary responsibility to maintain Cinemark presentation standards and ensure maximum uptime by resolving equipment issues and satisfying equipment maintenance requirements. The Quality Assurance Specialist works closely with the TOP Center to maintain uptime and Theater Technology Assistant (TTA) to provide training and ensure maintenance continuity. The position requires extensive travel, working during off-business hours, and on-call availability. Responsiblities:
* Ensure on-screen presentations are up to Cinemark standards
* Ensure equipment is operating to Cinemark standards for projection and audio systems

* Train TTA and management on operation and maintenance of projection and sound equipment
* Ensure all TOP Center directives are being implemented in theaters
* Respond to off screen emergency and service tickets assigned by the TOP Center
* Participate or assist with special projects, screenings, and events when needed
* Install projection and sound equipment for new theater openings and projects
* Communicate professionally with theaters and supervisors
* Complete all administrative duties by required deadlines
* Order parts when necessary to keep theaters compliant with Cinemark standards
Requirement:
* A minimum of two years of experience in theatre projection and sound is desired
* Physical demands include climbing ladders, working in tight spaces and lifting 50+ pounds
* High school diploma or equivalent is required, any college or higher education a plus
* Attention to detail, quality-focused and strong problem-solving skills are important assets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Barco certification in digital cinema is an asset

Role Summary:
As the Safety Manager, you will spearhead Cinemark's global safety value. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, overseeing, and coordinating processes and policies to minimize losses, and continue to enrich our Safety Culture within Theatres and Corporate Facilities. Responsibilities:
* Provides direction in all areas of safety assessment including identification, development and implementation of safety policies and procedures throughout the organization to reduce risks and maintain compliance
* Reinforce safety standards and provide safety solutions to internal departments
* Develop and ensure the implementation of various safety programs for multiple Corporate facilities and 300+ theatres
* Annually review and update a Cinemark's Safety Programs to ensure they consistently uphold high safety standards. These programs include, but are not limited to, the Cinemark AED Program, Safety Guidelines, Safety Awareness Program, Corporate Safety Program, and upcoming new initiatives
* Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to implement successful regulated safety programs
* Partner with Construction and Facilities to develop and implement mandatory safety initiatives
* Track and manage property insurance risk engineering inspections and recommendations between the field, internal departments and insurers
* Evaluate emerging risks, trends and analytics to develop and propose safety solutions
* Implement Regional Safety Scorecards to mitigate risk and reinforce safety standards
* Oversee safety communications for the field
* Respond to OSHA complaints and operate a liaison between regulated agencies and Operations and Field
* Conduct site visits, as needed to evaluate potential health and safety hazards
* Establish accountability for safety throughout the organization
Requirements:
* Safety Certifications, preferred (CSM, CSP, OSHA 10 hour or 30 hour)
* Strong OSHA knowledge for General Industry, Construction is a PLUS
* Bachelor's Degree, not required, but a PLUS
* Family Entertainment and/or Large Venue experience is a PLUS
* Strong Facility/Construction background and/or knowledge is a PLUS
* Must be experienced in Policy & Procedural Writing

Role Summary:
Cinemark Facilities Technicians repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. This individual is responsible for repairing refrigeration equipment, lobby & hall lights, appliances, some plumbing, & digital signage They also serve as an advisor to less experienced staff or when contract labor is hired to perform major repairs or those outside of their areas of expertise.

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible to manage contractors, projects and vendors servicing Cinemark Corporate Office, T.O.P Center (network operations center), and warehouse , including overseeing the functioning of all building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, landscaping/snow removal, building security, parking structure, office furniture, and janitorial.

In the matters of building security and HVAC systems, interface with the loss prevention and HVAC departments respectively.
Regular Inspections (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) of the mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire systems, roof systems, business continuity, and critical infrastructure to ensure all systems are running at efficient standards and up to date with local jurisdictions. Prepare annual budgets for building operational and capital expenditures.
Obtain bids, negotiate pricing and select contractors for multiple projects at multiple sites
Monitor/track project performance to specifications
Requisition purchase orders for services and maintenance and approves payments
Manage contractors and vendors servicing
Maintain building cleanliness and aesthetics including the management of custodial staff
Working closely with the facilities department leadership to monitor sites for potential problems and works to mitigate any risks
Understands the functioning of all building systems such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, building security, and janitorial
Communicate appropriately with Department heads, administrators, and facilities leadership, through written and verbal communication
Appropriate people informed of site-by-site project progress, complete weekly Status Reports, participate in bi-monthly Property meetings
Maintains a positive, professional demeanor
Submit, update, and close out work orders in the online platform: ServiceChannel. This also includes following up on vendor ETA, reviewing proposals, leaving feedback upon 3rd party completion of work, and reviewing invoices.
Assist where applicable in acquisitions, decommissions, corporate initiatives, strategic projects
Work with the office manager, facilities, construction, and HR in implementing new office and conference spaces including managing and maintaining office furniture
Coordinate wall installations
Assist the corporate events team with corporate events at the CSC
Hands on in repairing and maintaining general facilities items including but not limited to:
Plumbing
Mechanical
Electrical
Wall and Floor Finishes
Office Furniture and Equipment
Responsibilities:
BS in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business or Engineering
5-10 years' experience in facility management
Preferred experience with LEED and ENERGY STAR rating system.
Knowledge of construction, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other building systems required
Knowledge of State, Provincial and Municipal building codes and regulations required.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Budget preparation, and cost benefit analysis;
Knowledge of when to use contractors due to time or cost considerations.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; be able to reach overhead; have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions

Role Summary:
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the timely preparation of the Company's external financial reports in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements. In this role, you will also be responsible for some of the more complex areas of the accounting close, including ASC 842 lease accounting and consolidations. You will also assist with the assessment of new accounting standards and proper accounting for complex transactions.
Additional responsibilities include the preparation and update of accounting policies, providing supporting documentation to external auditors, and collaboration with other departments. This position requires strong organization, time management, and communication skills. Prepare the Company's SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q and earnings release), including supporting documentation for all filings
Prepare quarterly financial statements, including cash flow worksheets and other supporting schedules
Primary liaison with other departments to obtain required supporting documentation and information to complete financial statements and SEC filings
Preparation of the monthly consolidation of financial results
Preparation and maintenance of ASC 842 lease accounting schedules within the Company's lease administration system based on individual lease contracts & amendment terms; understand the asset and liability position of every new lease with a detailed reconciliation to the general ledger
Responsible for preparing and analyzing certain assigned journal entries and account reconciliations for areas of responsibility in connection with the monthly accounting close process and completing other various projects as determined on an ad hoc basis
Coordinate and review XBRL for all 10-Q and 10-K filings
Assist with researching, documenting and implementing conclusions regarding the technical accounting treatment for non-routine transactions and new accounting pronouncements
Assist in technical accounting areas including, but not limited to revenue recognition, debt modification; impairment and lease accounting, including updates to policies and procedures
Assist with external auditor requests, including preparation of certain requested schedules
Explore opportunities to streamline the quarterly reporting process and leverage the Company's ERP system to automate various reports and financial statement lead schedules
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance
4+ years' experience in finance or accounting role; public accounting experience required
CPA or current CPA candidate
Experience with SEC reporting
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters and SEC regulations
Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and review of lease documents a plus
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication, time management and organizational skills
Flexible/adaptable to shifting priorities and scheduling needs to meet deadlines
