Key Responsibilities Include: + **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services. + **Call Management & Sales Documentation:** Ability to handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system. + **Proposal Preparation:** Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. + **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs. + **Closing Skills:** The ability to confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value.
