Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location; setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer's business.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. The Compliance Investigator will provide Issue and CAPA support to the Logistics Branches. Act as a lead investigator. Open issues and compete the impact assessment. Perform root cause analysis, close deviations, and effectiveness checks.
Provide guidance on investigations to co-investigators and operational staff, as well as participate in global quality sessions on investigations.
Issue escalation and mitigation. Identify trends within the investigations team and report findings to management and quality logistics staff.
Create and expedite Client Incident Report (CIRs)- Investigation summary reports for the clients. Actively participate in calls with customers.
Assist with CAPA completion as a CAPA owner and identify and suggest robust Corrective and Preventative Actions. Analyze and highlight issue and CAPA trends. Support assignment of proper corrective actions.
Define and execute training to improve understanding of and compliance with procedures and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Marken Vendor and Logistics Service Provides to complete investigation and CAPAs.
Track and communicate process improvements in the region including Standard Operating Procedures.
Lead and facilitate regional continuous improvement events with the operational excellence team.

The Team is seeking candidates, preferably with previous experience at investment banks, consulting firms, private equity firms, or private equity fund of funds for a Senior Associate position on our Private Equity Solutions team, focused on fund investments (primaries), direct investments (co-investing), and LP secondaries investments.
Investment professionals at the Senior Associate level work closely with senior investment professionals on 4-5 person deal teams and are responsible for investment analysis, research, and investment process management. The private markets program spans asset classes from venture capital to leveraged buyouts and special situations. The position is available in suburban Philadelphia and travel is entailed on up to 40% of assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage investment sourcing, opportunity diligence and evaluation, and portfolio monitoring by reviewing inbound investment materials, meeting with private equity fund managers, and assessing performance of specific companies and funds
* Structure and lead research on a wide range of geographies, industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends
* Direct junior investment staff in the creation and execution of financial analyses in support of the investment process (e.g., comparable company valuation analyses, LBO models, investment return projections with sensitivity analyses, track record analyses)
* Lead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams related to technology, data/systems, marketing, business development, sourcing, and business planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
* An undergraduate degree from a leading university. MBA from a leading business school a plus
* 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, equity research, and/or management consulting. Primaries, co-investment, and/or secondaries experience is a plus
