Role and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across the various Ops teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive greater operational efficiency.
• Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the areas of trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting and fraud monitoring.
• Partner with Technology to design, manage and implement business process changes to streamline processes, improve productivity and optimize operational efficiency.
• Effectively identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring continued compliance with global regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships in order to deliver world class operational services
• Upon completion of training, analysts will be assigned to a team within Operations in accordance with business needs

Expected base pay rates for the role will be $55,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Design Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers.
