(an emerging ophthalmic pharmaceutical company) and of the US Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center, holds a seat on the Vanguard Forum for General Counsels Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center Board of Trustees and a Fundraising Committee for the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.

Shannon West is the Chief Innovation Officer for Ciox Health. In this position, West leads digital interoperability efforts and helps to further Ciox’s growth with innovative new technologies, solutions and business models. She is focused on accelerating the company’s pace of innovation in making the Ciox vision possible, to power every health decision with the right data at the right time in the right format.

Prior to her time at Ciox, Shannon was the first Chief Technology Officer at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). She also served as part of the United States Digital Service, a start-up within the White House dedicated to bringing technical talent into government to improve the delivery of government services. During this time, she served as both the Director of Digital Service and HHS and CMS and as a Senior Advisor for Technology to the CMS Administrator. As Senior Advisor, she developed and executed on the Administration’s agenda for technology, including efforts that intertwined policy and internal technology to promote improved data sharing using modern standards and technology.

In addition to working as an advisor on various health technology initiatives for the White House and numerous federal agencies, she also worked with early-stage technology start-ups, helping develop products and market strategies for healthcare and government sectors. Shannon’s deep experience in innovation and policy shape her current work to support Ciox in its mission to empower greater health.

Deborah Hsieh is the Chief Policy & Strategy Officer for Ciox. In this role, Deborah leads interactions with policymakers and external audiences about Ciox’s enabling role in healthcare data exchange. She educates stakeholders on the strategic implications of pending policy, including proposed ONC and CMS regulations, for Ciox’s business focus and operations.

As EVP, Business Development, Parker oversees the organization that drives strategic transactions and relationships for the company and evaluates new business opportunities.
